A

Both Ted Hughes in “Bayonet Charge”, which is set in world war 1 and Alfred Tennyson in “The Charge of the light Brigad” which is set in the Crimean war explore the themes of patriatism, honour and courage. The poets present the effects of war by portraying the soldiers feelings as confusion and bravery.
