Report a persistent fear that is excessive or unreasonable, they often avoid coming into contact with the thing that causes them fear and anxiety

Classified as an anxiety disorder
Excessive and unreasonable fear must have been shown for at least 6 months
Depression behavioural
Not socialising
Not having much energy
Weight loss/gain
Depression emotional
Worthlessness
Sadness
Suicidal thoughts
Depression cognitive
Indecisiveness
Difficulty concentrating
Forgetfulness
Depression
Mood disorder
Symptoms must be shown everyday for 2 weeks min
1/5 adults experience it, more common in females
8-12% of population experience depression in any year
OCD behavioural
Excessive repetitive behaviours
Hoarding
Demanding reassurances
OCD emotional
Distress

OCD cognitive
Catastrophic thinking
Intrusive and inappropriate thoughts or images
Performing mental acts such as praying or counting
OCD
Anxiety disorder
Obsession (internal intrusive cognitive thoughts) lead to compulsions (external behavioural actions)
Affects 2-2.5% of pop
Person must feel driven to perform these compulsions on most days for a period of 2 weeks or more
