What are the bones of upper extremity?
Pectoral girdle (scapula + clavicle) and upper limb (phalanges, metacarpals, radius/ulna, humerus)

Flexion-extension
Between radius and ulna, has two articulations (proximal and distal), pivot joint/uniaxial
Radioulnar joint

Supination-pronation
Radiocarpal joint, between distal radius and carpals, condylar joint/biaxial
