Enslaved africans
People from Africa that were who were forced to give up there freedom and spend there lives obeying there masters (owners).African were sold and bought as if they were property.
Dilemmas
Situations were a person is forced to make a choice, even if there is no good choice.
Middle passage
The voyage of the enslaved passage of the African Americans and there owners.
Plantations
Usually a large area of land that is privately owned, that crop is grown in.
Americas
The content of the north and South America, connected by Central America.along with nearby island such as the carribian sea.
Slave auctions
A sale in which slaves were sold to the highsest buyers.
Overseers
A person who was put I charge of the slaves, the overseers head power over the slaves and could punish them whenever they wanted to.
