overbroad
a request made during discovery that is so wide reanging and inclusive that it asks for more evidence than could every be useful to the other party in the lawsuit
duplicative
a request made during discovery that replicates a request that waas made at some preivious time during the lawsuit
mock deposition
a practice session that attempts to duplicate the question and answer period that will occur during a real deposition the objective of a mock deposition is to help the party or witnes rehearse for an upcomin deposition

a written abridgement of a dpostion that condenses the q&a period down to a concisely wrtten understandable account
