Interview
What an interviewer expects to see and hear from an applicant

Traditions or customs widely used to govern interactions (employers prefer conventions)
Conventions
A question that allows an interviewee to answer in any number of ways
Open question
A question that is limited to a specific piece of information or a simple yes or no answer
Closed question
A question that follows a closed question in order to gather more information
Follow up question
A question that calls on the person responding to take a guess or use the imagination
