ISSB VS TCFD

A

ISSB (Intern Sus Standards Board) - standards, developed to probide a baseline for sus reporting. ISSB is more specific standards for disclosure (IFRS S2), requires scenario analysis. ISSB is built upon TCFD and consolidates TCFD in itself.

  2. ISSB standards S1 and S2 are mandatory for compliance, with detailed reqs, TCFD only provides a framework for scenario analysis
  3. ISSB is more explicity with practical support for scenario analysis (with materials and guidance for companies)
