What was Wovoka’s vision?
Wovoka’s vision entailed the resurrection of the Paiute dead, and the removal of whites and their works from North America. Wovoka taught that in order to bring this vision to pass, the Native Americans must live righteously and perform a traditional round dance, known as the Ghost Dance.
What was the Caste War of The Yucatan?
(1847–1901) Conflict between Maya Indians and the Mexican state over Indian autonomy and legal equality, which resulted in the Mexican takeover of the Yucatán Peninsula.
Tenskwatawa
(1775–1836) Shawnee prophet who urged disciples to abstain from alcohol and return to traditional customs, reducing dependence on European trade goods and severing connections to Christian missionaries. His message spread to other tribes, raising the specter of a pan-Indian confederacy.

Mfecane was a period of widespread violence and instability in southern Africa in early 19th century, caused by the rise of the Zulu kingdom, it led to displacement of many ethnic groups and destabilization of the region.

Taiping Rebellion
(1850-1864) Rebellion by followers of Hong Xiuquan and the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom against the Qing government over the economic and social turmoil caused by the Opium War. Despite raising an army of 100,000 rebels, as the rebellion was crushed.

Utopian socialism is a form of socialism that calls for the creation of an ideal society through the establishment of communes based on shared ownership, equality and social harmony.
Wahhabism
Early eighteenth-century reform movement organized by Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Wahhab, who preached the absolute oneness of Allah and a return to the pure Islam of Muhammad.
