Deontological ethics
The idea of the actions are right and wrong in themselves independently of any consequences.
Consequentialism
The idea that actions are right or wrong, and part a whole, based on their consequences.
Categorical imperative
Act only according to that Maxim by which you can at the same time will but it should become a universal law.

Three spheres of justice
Distributive justice, the distribution of benefits and burdens. Redistributive justice, imposition of blame and punishment for wrongdoing. Compensatory justice, compensation for victims of injury.

The four most basic traits of an ethical character justice, temperance, courage, and wisdom they were identified by Plato.
Mary and Tom story
Mary and Tom or aerospace engineers they were assigned a special project. Tom put time into a different project and Mary had to pick up the slack.Tom got the promotion after focusing on another project and getting credit for his and Mary’s project. Mary thought it was unfair.
