Reprimand
Private letter from chairperson of the ethics committee stating disapproval of conduct
Censure
Formal public expression of disapproval
Probation
Failure to meet terms could result in disciplinary actions/sanctions
Suspension
Removal of membership for a period of time
Revocation
Permanent denial of membership
