A
- Distributive policies –> serve a specific group n society; government investment in a road.
- Regulatory policies –> set general norms for certain types of activities; rules and regulations to prevent pollution.
- Redistributive policies –> transfer money from some groups to other groups; policies of progressive taxation.

A
The abolition of trade barriers that are imposed by member states.
- Is called negative because it stipulates what member state governments cannot do.

is the adoption of EU laws to reduce the differences between member state laws in a given area
