Training must be relevant to the individual and their sport. This can be achieved by tailoring training to be specific for a sport, or even a position.

Start slowly and gradually increase the amount of excersise and keep overloading.

Overload
Pushing your boundaries so you can devlop to be better

Reversibility
Adaptions from training will reverse if training ceases or is slightly reduced. It is essential to avoid breaks in training and to maintain motivation.
