Describe Creativity in Organizations
-the ability to produce novel and useful ideas that are appropriate to the problem or opportunity presented
What is convergent thinking and divergent thinking?
convergent thinking - emphasizes speed, accuracy, and logic
Divergent thinking - occurs in a spontaneous, free-flowing manner, such that many solutions are explored in a short amount of time, and unexpected connections are drawn
