What does it mean to reclaim the land that has been strip-mined?
Reclaiming- Means to return the land to its natural state
Strip-mining- Removed the trees, soil, and plants from the land
It means that the company who destroyed the land must put it back to its natural state by putting back trees, soil, and plants.
