Sending a buyer to or away from a certain neighborhood due to their race, color, religion, etc..
What is redlining?
When a lender refuses to lend in a certain neighborhood
What does the American with Disabilities Act require of owners of public buildings?
They are required to remove barriers that limit access or utility to individuals with disabilities

Owners are required to make necessary modifications when the modifications are achievable and economically feasible
