Can God use you if you do not have a burden?
No!
For example if you want to heal the sick and cast out devils you need to have a genuine burden to have miracles of healing

The burden of not losing any of the sheep that God has given you
- this burden leads pastors to look for the lost, pray for the sheep, visit them, fast and pray so that the sheep will not fall away
How to develop a genuine shepherdorial burden
- Do not be overcome by your own problems and burdens
- Pray for a burden
- Dive into the work and the burden will come
