what is bail?
The release from custody of a person charged with a criminal offence until the time of their court hearing or trial
what is surety?
A person who lodges money with the court for the accused’s bail is known as surety
what is an order?
an order of the court can include; making the party do something or refrain from doing something
What is a court hierarchy?
ordering system of courts where there are higher, more superior courts, middle level courts and lower courts that hear less serious cases
