How do you create a HomeGroup?
A
- Sign on to device with admin privileges.
- Click the Start button on your non-domain joined computer.
- Type HomeGroup in the search box.
- In search results, click HomeGroup ( Control Panel)
- Click Create a HomeGroup.
- Click Next
- On the Share With Other HomeGroup Members page click the libraries, folders, and devices that you want to share and click next. The wizard creates the HomeGroup and generates a random password.
- Make a note of the password.

How do you join a HomeGroup?

- Click start
- type HomeGroup in search box.
- Click Join Now then follow the HomeGroup wizard, and then enter your password.

How would you share a folder with a HomeGroup using File Explorer?
A
- Open File Explorer and right click the folder you want to share.
- Select Share With.
- Choose the appropriate share option to View or View and Edit the HomeGroup.
- Specific people can also be given rights.

In file explorer click view, options and change to this PC.
