  1. Tissue Schizonticides : work on the Exoerythrocytic / primary liver stages of the parasite life cycle.
  2. Blood Schizonticides : Work on Erythrocytic stage of the life cycle
  3. Gamtocides : act on the Gametocytes
  4. Prophylactic drugs.
