Fleeing driver
Driver who has been signalled to stop by a constable but fails to stop ans remained stopped, or a driver whi flees as a result of police presence, whether signalled to stop or not
Fleeing Driver TENR assessment
- Initial threat posed by the vehicle occupant
- Necessity to immediately apprehend the driver and or passengers
