People with this condition either have a single X chromosome (XO) or a single X chromosome plus a truncated portion of a second X chromosome. 1-4000 births. Lack of normla ovaries. because the ovaries regress during development the gonadal glands are not presetn and this causes them to have short stature, they dont enter puberty and are infertil.
