What is Microcycle?
A
The detailed daily training structure across two to 14 days. The days alternated between endurance and strength sessions as well as between training and recovery sessions.

What is mesocycle?
A
- Lasts from two to six weeks.
- aims to establish a new level of physical readiness that carries over into the next cycle

A

- builds towards a single peak within that time span.
