A
- A person of any age who is or was driving a motor vehicle or occupying the driver’s seat attempting to put the vehicle into motion

- Driving a motor vehicle, or
- occupying the drivers seat of a motor vehicle and attempting to put the vehicle into motion, or
- A pedestrian, or
- Driving or riding a vehicle (not a motor vehicle), or
- Driving or riding a horse, or
- Holder of a licence seated next to a learner driver
