A) growth of towns factories etc. - more people = more demand
B) Hunters - increase harvest in order to sell
C) Cash generated from these sales = more money for better technology, guns, etc.
D) more technology - motors, roads
E) use of storage facilities allow for accumulation
F) transportation and sale to international market increase demand.
