  1. Flammable gas, vapor, or mist in excess of ten percent of its LEL
  2. Airborne combustible dust that meets or exceeds it’s it’s LEL
  3. Atmospheric Oxygen concentration below 19.5 or above 23.5%
  4. potential excess of the permissible exposure limit
  5. Or any other IDLH
