Damascus, Syria, because of all the on going war and conflict it has became the least liveable city.

Explain what were the soldier settlements that happened after WW1 and WW2? Did they work?
It didn’t work for WW1 because the government didn’t invest enough money needed for farming and were to small. It worked for WW2 because the farms were bigger and roads,housing,fences were supplied.
Why do some people decide to live in remote areas?
People live in remote areas because they are either involved in primary industries or provide services.
