The Singh decision made sure that everyone got a fair trial to make sure they were represented fair
What was the Provincial Nomination Program?
The program that states that provinces can nominate a certain percentage saying they need immigrants for certain jobs or roles
Set up immigration offices in foreign countries
Can’t require immigrants to do a certain job but nominating can increase the chance.
What is the Canada-Quebec Accord?
Specific agreement with Quebec which allows Quebec to nominate a percentage of immigrants that corresponds the population within Canada
