What can citizens do if they feel that their right is being violates
Citizens can talk with a lawyer to confirm whether or not the right was being violated. The citizen can take this case to court to receive the justice they deserve.

Equality - everyone should be treated the same for equality sakes
Mobility - Canadian citizens should be able to move around with no issue and have rights to ramps and wheel chairs if health concerns need it
Legal - Everyone has the right to a fair trial and a lawyer present
Fundamental - Freedom of speech, religion, protest
Democratic - Right to chose who leads our country
