Peptic ulcers occur when there is a hyper secretion of what ?

Interventions
- Monitor electrolytes
- Give 2h after other meds
- Give with water

what are you teaching ?
- Take antacids 1-3 hours after meals
- Report pain , cough, vomiting blood
- Avoid taking w/milk or foods high in vitamin D
- Avoid taking with other oral drugs
