A way of preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering products or services to customers.
What is a quality circle?
Small gorups of workers (5 to 20) in the sam area of production who meet regulary to study and solve production problems
What does TQM stand for and mean?
Total quality managemnt, a management approach to long-term success . All members of an organization participate in improving processes, products and services

It is a series of activities that is used in order to lead to improvement
