Reduces glucose absorption and adds bulk to farces for regular bowel movements
What does fats do?
Provides fuel for energy production
What does water do?
Aids indigestion and waste removal
What does calcium do?
necessary for maintenance of bones and teeth
What does phosphorus do?
Assists with bones, teeth and muscles
What does sodium do?
Assists with regulation of water in the body
What does vitamin d do?
Assists with absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the blood stream
