Prevents a person from being twice for the same crime

The ability of courts to exclude illegally obtained evidence

U.S citizens may practice any religion without segregation

Given to slaves to prevent them from voting

Rights the police read off when you’re under arrest. “You have the right to remain silent…” and have benefit to legal counsel
