1) Talent assessment and talent scaping: requirements analyzer, databases are critical part and best assessment or scaping applications are those that leverage doctrines. Talent assessment is vital link to organization’s future.
2) Talent policy framework: reduces decision times and infuses accountability into the function. Need to be synced with business pipelines to ensure a talent supply system will be in place.
3) Internal Talent registry / database: building this database is among the first few assignments of a just established TM department.

5) Talent pipeline: firm and active channels or a network of channels that connects the organization with all internal as well as external sources and developers of talents across knowledge and expertise areas. (Institution, universities etc)

8) Talent analytics system: feeds on real time data on employee behavior, performance and response.
