Post hoc ergo propter hoc
logical fallacy that states “Since event Y followed event X, event Y must have been caused by event X.” This fallacy is always a risk when attributing a finding to a drug, yet continued use of a drug for fear of the fallacy can do continued harm if the drug truly is the culprit.
Alexithymia
The inability to describe mood and feelings

Disease
A definite morbid process having a characteristic train of symptoms. It may affect the whole body or any of its parts, and its etiology, pathology, and prognosis may be known or unknown. It comes from the words meaning “without ease” or “uncomfortable”.
