the old law is fufilled in jesus christ who is the new law. The old law taught people to be in right relationshp with god

jesus christ was a direct descendant od david who established the kingdom of heaven which will rule forever and which he reigns over forever
what were the roles of the prophets
they were the overseers of the covenant and law, spoke on gods behalf, called people to be faithful to the covenant and warned the consequences of not doing so. Assured people god would not abandon them
How do the prophets foreshadow jesus
they proclaim the word of god, jesus does not just proclaim the word he IS the word
