What differentiates Strepsirrhines from Haplorhines?

- The presence of a rhinarium, which is a wet nose found in strepsirrhines but NOT haplorhines
- Strepsirrhines’ nostrils are comma-shaped and long, and Haplorhines’ nostrils are rounded.
- Strepsirrhines have a toothcomb which they likely use for grooming.

What is the difference between the Hominoidae and Hominidae?
A
Hominoidae is a larger group than Hominidae, which includes Orangutans, Gibbons, Gorillas, Chimps, Bonobos, and Humans. Hominidae does not include Gibbons.
