Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

It illuminates and guides.

It devours.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be a hammer?
It breaks.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be a sword?
It arms and cuts.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be a mirror?
It reveals and reflects.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be food?
It makes you grow.
- Milk for babes.
- Bread for the hungry.
- Meat for men.
- Honey for dessert.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be soap?
It cleans.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be medicine?
It brings healing.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be a guided spiritual missile?
It accomplishes its mission.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be rain and snow?
It refreshes.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be more than gold?
It enriches.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be power?
It generates faith and eternal salvation.
What does it mean for the Word of God to be water?
Washes and cleans.
Luke 8:11
Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
