energy can be neither created nor destroyed but can only change form ex. A child falling over while the child is standing they have potential energy whence Avery pushes and they start falling they have kinetic energy

Example a kid sliding down a slide as he slides down the gravitational potential energy converts into kinetic energy as a kid picks up speed also the friction between the kids pants and the slides causes Heating and heat is released into the atmosphere this is because friction on moving objects always causes Heating
