Provides a written authorization to act on the behalf of another, that remains in the effect, even if the grantor becomes incapacitated

Authorization to donate organs after death

In any court proceeding there is a plaintiff ( The person or entity that makes the complain) Defendant (The person or entity against whom a lawsuit is brought
Define Crime
Is an offense in violation of a law that prohibits or requires certain behavior
Define Felony
A serious crime , punishable by death or imprisoment for more than 1 year
