Federal Farm Loan Act of 1916
It enabled farmers to borrow up to 50% of the value of their land and 20% of the value of their improvements.
Farm Credit System (FCS)

Hurricane Discount Home Sales
HUD homes for sale at a discount to evacuees displaced by hurricanes.
