2504: Involuntary Manslaughter

-Intentionally aids or solicits another to commit suicide
2505: Casuing or Aiding Suicide

F.2= if his conduct causes such suicide or an attempt
**can be charged w/ criminal homicide, if intentionally causes suicide by force, duress, or deception
- intentionally
- administers, dispenses, delivers, gives, prescribes, sells, or distributes
- any controlled substances, or counterfit controlled substances (as defined by CSA); AND
- another person dies as a result of using the substance
2506: Drug delivery resulting in death

**sentence to be fixed at a term not more than 40 years imprisonment
- kills an individual w/o lawful justification
- acting under sudden/intense passion resulting from serious provocation from:
- the individual kiled, or
- another whom the actor endevored to kill, but accidentally/negligently causes death of another
-OR; intentionally/knowingly kills an individual under circumstances that, if existed, would be a justifiable killing, however, his belief is unreasonable

2502: MURDER OFFENSES
Murder 1= criminal homicide committed by an intentional killing
- Intentional Killing= killing by means of poison, by lying in wait, or by any other kind of willful, deliberate and premeditated killing
Murder 2= criminal homicide committed while engaged as a principal or accomplice in the perpetration of a felony
- 1) robbery; 2) rape; 3) deviate sexual intercourse by force/threat of; 4) arson; 5) burglary; or 6) kidnapping
Murder 3= All other types of murder; Murder 3 is an F.1
