carpal tunnel syndrome
pain, numbness and/or tingling into the palm and first three and a half fingers of the hand

neutral position

the reach created when the upper arm is fully extended.
Maximum vertical reach
the reach created by the vertical sweep of the forearm while keeping the elbow at mid-torso level

is the reach created by the sweep of the forearm with the upper arm held at the side.
sprains
injuries caused by sudden twisting or wrenching of a joint with stretching or tearing of ligaments.
strains
injuries caused by extreme stretching of muscles or ligaments.
