What is stated under Section 122?
If an invention involves biological material and words alone cannot sufficiently describe how to make and use the invention, access to the biological material may be necessary for the satisfaction of the statutory requirement for patentability.
The applicant may supplement his written application with the deposit of biological material

before or simultaneously with the filing of the application

Notice of Comply will be issued
What happens if a damage or another deficiency has been detected on the computer readable listing?
A notice will be sent out to the applicant detailing the damage or deficiency
Sets a 30 day period for reply
