What is a demising partition wall
A partition that extends from floor slab to floor slab above
What is progressive collapse
It also known as disproportionate collapse. It is defined as the spread of local damage from an initiating event, from element to element, eventually resulting in collapse of an entire structure or a disproportionately large part of it
