If saved already cannot delete
Record info under proper building
Reopen the building with incorrect info and mark incomplete
Also record in notes so next officer release that this building info must be updated
All incompletes will be on next days inspections

Public school inspections

All public schools K-12 will be inspected every c
School year by bureau of fire prevention
Complete list of schools under special inspection tracking List
If BOF does not complete inspection by February 1 we may inspect school
Inspection must be completed by end of school year
Utilize special inspection tracking list when entering inspection
Company commander ensure that fire prevention coordinator manually schedules all schools requiring inspection after February 1

A

Conduct initial drill
Then every two years from most recent drill or inspection
If company performs inspection at school for fire prevention then two year clock starts from there
Utilize special inspection tracking List for drill
Familiarization drills not on BISP

Holiday inspections in RBIS

A

Must input into RBIS before holiday inspection periods
Once entered holiday inspection the first time will no longer need to be entered
First Holiday inspection is not the full annual inspection anymore . RBIS Will schedule full inspection based on risk
Holiday inspection begins Monday before thanksgiving
Additional holiday inspection will have to be entered by unit as they are discovered

Company commander ensures fire prevention coordinator schedules all theaters will not be scheduled automatically by RBIS
BC will conduct inspections of theaters more than 500 occupancy that present live theatrical productions which will be recorded in BISP legacy system 134-p

Auxiliary fire protection at bridges tunnels etc. reports forwarded to,division( inspections semi annually during April and October ) companies oos unless dispatcher directs response

Company officers shall cause frequent inspections of buildings or occupancies wherein suspected fireworks are being stored sold or used

A

Required for each building in units inspection district requiring an inspection. Or familiarization drill
Contain all pertinent info of that building
Individual address in upper left corner and on folder and unit block numbers are placed in upper right corner
Folders recorded by address in Numerical or alphabetically sequence not by unit block numbers
Incoming documents. Shall be filed in folders in chronological order the latest document in front
