2. Must be investigated within 24 hours of receipt
3. If no access With in 24 hours -fax A -18 interim report to FPOSU (copy thru bag- make several attempts
4. If no access in 72 hours - call FPOSU
5. If access obtained . Fax final report to FPOSU ( copy thru bag )
