- Stategic importance: find out which processes have the greatest impact on the stategic goals. Consider profit and uniqueness.
- Health: processes in deepest trouble may profit the most from BPM initiatives.
- Feasibility: how susceptible the process is to BPM initiatives. Culture and politics must be obstacles.
Explain the process performance measures and the matrix itself.
In y-axis the importance.
In x-axis the health.
We must consider the top-right quadrant where the health is poor and the importance is high, that is going to be our selection focus.
