  1. It lack of general scientific acceptance of the reliability of hypnosis in asserting the truth from falseness.
  2. The possibility that the hypnotized subject will be deliberately fabricate.
  3. The prospect that the state of heightened suggestibility in which the hypnotized subject is suspended will produce distortion of the fact rather than truth.
  4. The state of mind and professionalism of the examiner are too subjective to permit admissibility of the expert testimony.

3) CROSS-EXAMINATION CAN BE CONDUCTED BY THE LAWYER OF THE OPPOSING PARTY / REQUESTING PARTY
