Manage middle managers. They have larger responsibilities and accoubtabilities.

Interpersonal Roles
Monitor, Disseminator, and Spokesperson.
Informational Roles
Entrepreneur, Disturbance Handler, Resource Allocator, Negotiator.
Decisional Roles
To perform this role, a manager must know how to gain cooperation of others; learn to adjust to different personalities; communicate clear messages; motivate employees; guide people in their work.
Interpersonal Roles
To perform this role, a manager must know how to identify problem; provide alternative solutions; determine adv and disadv; commit to a decision; implement a well-designed plan.
Decisional Roles
To perform this role, a manager must know how to identify key info; know where and how to use info; identify inaccuracies; keep track of the progress; use proper medium of communication; basic computer applications; disseminate info in a clear and timely manner.
