- muscular endurance
- perform sit ups in time with the emitted beeps.
- start stopwatch at beginning
- go until sit ups are not performed correctly.
- record results.

- speed
- start from stationary position
- complete distance in quickest possible time.
- time us stopped when chest crossed the line.
- measured in seconds

Bleep Test
A
- cardiovascular endurance
- run 20m shuttles continuously in between ‘bleeps’
- speed increases until you can’t do anymore

Ruler Drop Test
A
- Reaction time
- partner holds metre ruler at 10cm
- participant places finger at 50cm
- partner randomly drops ruler
- participant catches ruler
- measure distance taken to catch ruler.
